What does PTSA do?
TMS PTSA supports students and teacher needs by fundraising for teacher grants, coordinating volunteers for events, conducting community building and parent education events and programs (ex. Reflections Art contest) to build a stronger, better, more inclusive Timbercrest community. 
 
Why should you join?
Join TMS PTSA for your child because increasing our membership, even by one, makes it possible to provide important educational resources, speak up on important issues affecting our children and school and to create a stronger school community.  We invite you to join because we can do more together than apart!
 
What does PTSA Membership mean?
As a PTSA member, you have a voice and a vote in the PTSA. You can contribute to the discussion with those topics and issues that are important to you and help guide the direction of the PTSA budget!  Attend general membership meetings (open to everyone) or join us on a committee or ask about joining the PTSA board!  
 
Does PTSA Membership mean I have to... attend meetings ... or volunteer ... or donate money... ?
You are NOT required to attend meetings or volunteer or donate money.  Our fundraising efforts ("Pass the Hat") is optional and not required.  Your Membership alone is an appreciated and welcomed. We do invite all to our meetings and donate or volunteer your time as fits with your life.  Thank you!

"Pass the Hat" is the only fundraiser for TMS PTSA to support TMS teachers, staff and students.  Your generous contributions enable the PTSA to fund teacher grants, staff appreciation and various events and programs to build and stronger and inclusive school community.
